Everyone is talking about Work from Home: employees want it but authorities are restricting it – or not?
Working from home (or a remote location) is a wish for many employees. In certain professions, it has even become almost industry standard. Nevertheless, allowing employees not to show up in the office is not sufficient for a successful and risk-free implementation of this concept. We will introduce you all areas that need to be taken care of. Together we will go through the risks and describe steps for their mitigation, provide examples of case studies, relevant documentation and give answers that will guide you on your journey.
Design a Work from Home Policy: How to identify all necessary points, involve the stakeholders and cover the legal aspects, including related legal documentation.
Implement: How to put the policy into practice, manage everyday administration, set up internal payroll and accounting systems.
Communicate: How to take all stakeholders on board and align them with the idea.
At the end of the session, participants will:
• Understand all aspects of the Work from Home concept
• Know whom and how engage into the discussions
• Understand how to communicate
• Know steps to be taken to successfully implement the concept
