CTP Wins Big at CIJ Awards Ceremony

On Thursday November 27th, at the 14th annual CIJ Awards Czech Republic, CTP took home three 1st place awards.
CTP won in the following three categories:
· Best Industrial / Warehouse Development of the year for the FEI Technology Centre in CTPark Brno
· Lease of the Year, for the 47,000 m2 lease of the same building to leading electron microscope manufacturer FEI, and
· Industrial Leadership Award to Remon Vos, CTP CEO, marking this the 4th time he has been recognised for his leadership by his peers.
The awards are decided upon by a select group of real estate leaders in conjunction with a jury comprised of professionals from CIJ Czech Republic.
The Brno branch of FEI, a world leader in the design and manufacture of electron microscopes, operates an R&D and assembly facility in the newly built, landscaped campus-like premises in CTPark Brno. The company currently employs 500 staff and plans to grow up to 1,200 employees. CTP designed and built the Technology Centre in close cooperation with FEI to ensure a high energy efficiency rating and an enjoyable workplace. The development was recently awarded 1st place in the annual 'Best of Realty' competition in October.
