Robert Paulson becomes Senior Investment Analyst at JLL

Robert Paulson has recently joined the Czech Capital Markets team at JLL as a Senior Investment Analyst. Robert with his experience and knowledge of the Czech investment and valuation market will work closely with Stuart Jordan and the rest of the team in providing and underwriting services to our clients and investors.
Robert has seven years real estate experience, four of which have been in Prague. Working within Knight Frank Prague’s Investment & Valuation team since 2010, Robert was responsible for the RICS valuation service line gaining experience across asset classes. Clients include local and regional banks, funds and developers. During his time at Knight Frank Robert was involved in several investment transactions and has previous agency experience from the UK.
Robert gained his Bachelor´s degree at the University of Leeds and a Master´s degree in Real Estate at the Nottingham Trent University. He is an active member of the RICS and is presently working on the global IPMS (International Property Measurement Standard) initiative. His hobbies include guitars and hoping that Nottingham Forest will return to the Premiership.
