Commercial building of Štěrboholská Business Center situated in Prague 10 offers approximately 6 500 sq m of leaseable area which is completely rented out. Current tenants of the building have recently renegotiated their lease agreements and also few of new lease contracts have been signed there. The transactions has mediated the real estate consultancy firm, 108 AGENCY, which represents the project in renting of premises and also provides complex asset management of the object.
VYDIS Group company, leading supplier of integrated solutions and products in the field of ICT, design and construction of optical and metallic network connectivity, NN network, measurement systems and software, has newly renegotiated its existing lease terms in the Štěrboholská Business Center and expanded in the building to a total 1 700 sq m of office space and 1 300 sq m of warehouse space. Global provider of tailor-made intralogistic solutions, STILL company, has also prolonged the lease agreement and above that has leased in the building a new space. The company operates there now at more than 2 250 sq m.
New tenant in the Štěrboholská Business Center is Selecta company, European provider of vending machines or easyMed company specializing in healthcare.
Štěrboholská Business Center is located next to Průmyslová street in Prague 10. The building is well accessible by public transport and by cars, the locality provides also quick connection to major motorway junctions.
