108 AGENCY successful at VGP Park Český Újezd

The industrial team of 108 AGENCY has secured two new lease contracts in newly constructed VGP Park located in Český Újezd.
New transactions, totalling 10 341 sq m of warehouse space, comprises of the lease agreements for the leading international logistics company’s new distribution centre as well as 3 000 sq m of new facility for the FIA PRO TEAM company, specialized at the production of professional painting equipment. One of the buildings has been recently finished and construction of the second has just commenced.

VGP Park Český Újezd is a developing logistics and warehouse centre, located in close proximity to the recently finished highway D8 connecting Prague, Ústí nad Labem and then continues to Dresden in Germany. The park stands as an attractive project with great potential for further extension.
