JLL advises Skanska on the acquisition of FIVE!

JLL advised Skanska Property Czech Republic on acquisition of their latest development project.
Skanska has acquired the development scheme known as “FIVE!” in the highly sought after Anděl-Smíchov district (Prague 5) from Hochtief Development Czech Republic. The project, located on Na Valentince street, consists of approximately 14,500 sq m on top of three underground parking levels.
