Nestlé site in Nupaky sold

The JLL Industrial Agency was appointed by Nestlé Česko to sell their standalone 6,500 sqm site with 2,500 sqm built-up area in Nupaky near Prague, adjacent to the D1 highway. The project comprises office and warehouse space including refrigerated and dry storage space. At the end of last year, the property was successfully sold to Levné potraviny.
Miroslav Kotek, Senior Consultant at Industrial Agency at JLL, says: “The sale as well as the handover of the site in this attractive location near the D1, exit no. 8, was successfully completed at the end of last year. The property was built for Schoeller between 1996-1997. It was used for storing ice-cream and frozen products and as a distribution centre for the company, later it was used by Nestlé. JLL conducted a detailed market analysis and after a series of negotiations successfully found a buyer who will use the premises as per its original purpose – as a company headquarters, distribution centre, warehouse and retail space.”
