Boris Gnoth, a specialist in transaction advisory services, strengthens Mazars’ team

The audit and consulting company Mazars has boosted its tax consulting team from January with the addition of Boris Gnoth, who will be heading the Transaction Advisory Department.
Boris Gnoth has long been involved in issues of international taxation, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and international structuring. He also has extensive experience in audits. In the past he has headed up audit teams during his professional experience obtained in leading Czech and international consulting companies. Boris Gnoth studied international relations and enterprise valuation at the Economic University in Prague and international tax law in Vienna. He has been a registered tax advisor since 2005. Boris Gnoth speaks Czech, English and German.
