JŠK advises 3TS Capital Partners on its EUR 5.5 million investment in ZOOT

JŠK represented a fund managed by 3TS Capital Partners, one of the leading venture capital and private equity firms in Central and Eastern Europe, on its EUR 5.5 million investment in ZOOT.
ZOOT is a well-established and rapidly growing online fashion retailer headquartered in the Czech Republic and operating also in Slovakia. This new investment from 3TS Capital Partners will help further the CEE regional expansion of ZOOT. ZOOT will use the funds to accelerate the expansion of its business, double its annual turnover, broaden the range of offered goods as well as extend the network of its Try & Buy stores.
The JŠK team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil and senior associate Helena Hailichová. Commenting on the deal, Tomáš Doležil said: “This is the first closed private equity deal after my arrival to JŠK. We were delighted to assist 3TS Capital Partners on this cross-border investment which will position ZOOT well in the region.”
