Third year in a row, Hays is the best recruitment company in the CEE region

We have a pleasure to inform that Hays has received, third year in a row, the award for the best recruitment company in the CEE region for the year 2015, awarded by the international jury of SSC/BPO specialists.

Having a largest dedicated team of Business Services consultants in the CEE (80 in the region) specialized in the SSC/BPO recruitment and our own EMEA RPO Centre in Kraków, we know only too well the difficulties such organizations may face in recruiting the best talent. Working intensively with this sector we have proven our ability to deliver on singular vacancy assignments as well as in volume recruitment projects as a Master Vendor or RPO provider. Last year alone we have place over 2500 staff in almost 150 centers in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania. Our business grew 20% YoY which a major achievement considering the scale. 

What is worth highlighting,  Hays actively supports the development of the business services sector not only by working directly with clients but also by sharing our market know how with government agencies, consulting firms or sector representative organizations such as ABSL, ASPIRE, Chambers of Commerce, ProProgressio or HOA.

Małgorzata Jasińska, Managing Director HTS , upon receiving the award stressed that for the last three years the industry has valued Hays not only for the long experience and the quality of HR solutions, but also for the company’s active work for the development of SSC/BPO sector.

CEE Outsourcing and Shared Services Awards

At the Awards Gala on 5 February 2015 in Warsaw at the Hotel Intercontinental, 26 companies, cities and individuals were distinguished for their exceptional performance. More than 275 guests – from 21 countries across the CEE region, western Europe, Scandinavia, United States, and India. attended the Awards Gala and Forum, which singled out Winners from 140 nominations. In a tough competition among world-class firms, we won an award for the “Best Recruitment Firm of the Year” for the CEE region.
