Welcome to the February CTPark Network briefing, which provides quick and up-to-date information about new deals signed, new projects under construction as well as space available.
New Deals: The following is a selection of deals which have been signed since our January mailing, during which period we got a good start to the year, agreeing future leases totalling 38,356 m2.
- In our new CTPark Kadaň, Danish company Blika signed a future lease agreement of 7,700 m2 at a CTSpace unit where they will produce intelligent storage systems and metal furniture for workshops and commercial spaces.
- At CTPark Jihlava, Automotive Lighting signed a future lease of 5,800 m2. CTPark Jihlava is now fully built-up.
- At CTPark Plzeň, ILC, a manufacturer of industrial and public LED lighting systems signed for a 450 m2 CTBox unit.
- At CTPark Prague North, Nüssli have prolonged their existing lease of 6,200 m2.
Available Space: Below is a selection of space currently available at various locations throughout the Network.
- In CTPark Hradec Králové, we are able to offer over 2,000 m2 of CTBox units, available from spring 2015. CTP can build up to 8,000 m2 within 6 months from agreement. In total, the site will provide over 21,000 m2 of built-up area, offering a mix of CTFit, CTSpace and CTBox units, to appeal to a wide range of businesses, both local and international manufacturers and logistics companies.
- In CTPark Prague North, we are able to offer over 9,700 m2 available immediately, as well as additional land on which we plan CTFit, CTFlex and CTSpace units totalling nearly 70,000 m2.
- In our new park CTPark Odrava, nearby Cheb and the German border, we plan approximately 70,000 m2 of CTFit units in this low cost area which is ideal for manufacturing.
- At CTPark Ostrava, we are able to accommodate a wide range of client needs,with CTBox units starting from 375 m2 to large CTSpace and CTFlex units for warehousing and light industry.
- At CTPark Plzeň, we have one last CTFit unit of 14,637 m2 available .
And at CTPark Jihlava, the last unit available is a 1,755 m2 CTFlex unit.
