Real Estate Agents Rate BB Centrum

PASSERINVEST GROUP, a leading Czech development and investment company responsible for the construction of the BB Centrum multifunctional complex in Prague, invited real estate agents to an informal get-together and tour of BB Centrum. Agents also evaluated the advantages of BB Centrum, and from a questionnaire survey, it was revealed that these experts ranked the amenities, the availability of services, and its fast connection to the D1 motorway to be BB Centrum’s greatest assets. Another big plus is the popularity of the site and the fact that leading companies in many fields have chosen it for their headquarters. Finally, the agents also greatly appreciated the proximity of Baar Park and the green areas around the complex.

Ing. Vladimir Klouda, Vice Chairman of PASSERINVEST GROUP, accompanied the group of agents as they toured the ALPHA Building and discussed its planned facelift to the “A” standard. This was followed by a look around Baar Park and Building G, as well as an informal dinner focused on detailed interviews and more technical discussions on the further development of BB Centrum. In addition to the advantages mentioned above, guests rated very highly the fact that the complex is home to some of the most important domestic and multinational firms, the ease of access by public transport or by car, and plenty of options for parking. Other advantages mentioned included the fact that the site is already well-known and established, that it is fully integrated into the district of Prague 4, and that it has a life outside working hours, in particular through a series of events organized for tenants, residents, and the general public.
