Three new advocates at CMS Prague

CMS Prague has retained all its newly-qualified lawyers adding three advocates to its team. Radka Lörincová, Magda Němcová, and Jakub Tomšej all successfully passed their bar exams and have now returned to the office.

Helen Rodwell, Managing Partner at CMS Prague comments: “I am very pleased that these lawyers have passed their exams and that we have been able to retain them after their qualification. They have all proven to be excellent lawyers and real assets to their respective teams over the years that they have already been with the Prague office.”

The following lawyers have now qualified as advocates:

Radka Lörincová (28) joined the firm at the start of her koncipiency in 2012. She is an associate in the corporate team and advises clients on both on-going and transactional corporate issues. She also deals with commercial and regulatory issues in the lifesciences and insurance sectors.

Radka graduated from Charles University in 2011 and studied two semesters at the School of Law at the University of Nottingham, UK.

Magda Němcová (30) is an associate in the corporate team and has particularly been involved in transactions in the financial and real estate sectors. Additionally, she advises clients on day-to-day corporate matters.

Magda graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2012 and spent a year at the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands. She has been with the firm since the start of her koncipiency in 2012.

Jakub Tomšej (26) joined CMS Prague as a student in 2009. He is an associate in the Commercial, Regulatory and Disputes team focusing primarily on employment and data protection. He has wide experience in drafting employment contracts, providing day-to-day employment advice and advice on termination of employment, including negotiations and litigation. He also handles employment matters as part of M&A transactions. He is a key member of the local German Desk.

Jakub graduated from Charles University in Prague in 2012 and is currently pursuing a PhD.
