Measures for clearing a legal entity of criminal responsibility and the importance of e-learning

Act no. 418/2011 Coll., on the criminal liability of legal entities, has already been effective for three years, and it is based on the construction of imputing a criminal act to a legal entity. So companies can be responsible for a crime committed by an executive director, board member, supervisory board, associate or shareholder or employees of the company as well. Basically, a crime committed by an employee can be attributed to a company in two circumstances.
