CTP and Erste Group sign EUR 110 million deal for CTPark Modrice

CTP and long-term business partner Erste Group have signed a EUR 110 million syndicated loan for the financing of CTPark Modřice - a premium business park with total lettable area of 200,000 m2. Česká spořitelna acted as an agent in the deal and legal administration of the cooperation was executed by Dentons. Over 15 years of cooperation, CTP and Erste Group have signed deals worth a total of EUR 750 million for various A-class business properties across Central Europe.

CTPark Modřice is strategically located 5km south of Brno on the E461 roadway to Vienna.
