Glyn Evans appointed as Managing Director of Tétris in the Czech Republic, Manuel Pérez Cascajares expands the team

Following the success of the last two years and the vast growth in market share, Tétris is expanding and restructuring its team in the Czech Republic.

Glyn Evans has been appointed Managing Director of Tétris in the Czech Republic. Glyn is responsible for expansion of the Tétris business, which is expected to grow significantly within 2015, in addition to his responsibility for the financial and operational management, business development and client management.

Glyn will also continue in his current role as Director of Project & Development Services responsible for the CEE region at the real estate agency JLL. Glyn joined JLL in 2011 following the merger with King Sturge and has over 10 years of Project Management experience within the CEE region. He is a member of the RICS and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Glyn graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in England in 2000, receiving a Bachelor´s Degree in Building Surveying. His hobbies include golf and cinema.

Manuel Pérez Cascajares joined Tétris as a Project Manager. His role is to coordinate the design team, realization team and the client in a professional and transparent way in order to guarantee that technical regulations and standards are applied and to promote Tétris brand on the Czech market. He also participates on architectural design, cost calculations, managing furniture installations and organizing moving and hand over of the projects.

Manuel has over 6 years of project management experience. His previous experience includes managing refurbishments and interior design projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He cooperated on challenging projects such as Beckiland, XEW radio studios and several private real estate projects.

Manuel graduated from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, Faculty of Architecture. He is fluent in Spanish, Czech and English. He likes travelling, tennis and skiing.
