Waiting for faster growth of Czech wages

Czech economy shows the fastest growth in the last eight years, unemployment is decreasing, but wages were still lagging behind to this positive trend. For CNB is it a crucial question because faster growth of nominal wages should bring along stronger domestic inflationary pressures and those might at the end open the way to leave the exchange rate regime in the future.
