T-Mobile has responded to the natural disaster in Nepal and decided not to charge any fees to its customers for calls from the Czech Republic to Nepal, calls from Nepal to the Czech Republic and local calls within Nepal. The same rules apply to text messages.
This change was introduced promptly on 28 April and is valid retroactively from 25 April to 30 June 2015. Both prepaid and postpaid customers who made calls or sent text messages to/from Nepal in the period between 25 and 28 April will receive credit to cover the costs incurred during that time.
In the above-mentioned period, T-Mobile customers can make free calls to the emergency hotline + 91 99 10 999 460 of the embassy of the Czech Republic in Delhi, India. This hotline is intended primarily for Czech citizens located in the area affected by the natural disaster.
The change applies to all T-Mobile tariff plans, including the brands MOBIL.CZ, Kaktus, RWE Mobil and PREmobil.
