AAA AUTO Group is moving its headquarters to the Czech Republic

29.06.2015
Company: Aures Holdings

Return to the Czech Republic is part of an international merger of several group member companies after the Abris fund takeover completion

After nearly twelve years AAA AUTO Group's main company headquarters are moving from the Netherlands back to the Czech Republic. The process is part of the completion of the change of ownership and will have a form of an international merger of several companies of the group.

AAA AUTO Group N.V. headquartered in the Netherlands, which was the original issuer of the shares at the IPO in 2007, will cease to exist as well as the main Czech company AAA AUTO, Inc. Both companies will merge with Davena International Inc.

"The entire process takes place in the context of the completion of the acquisition of AAA AUTO Group by the private equity fund Abris Capital Partners, which has already acquired 100% stake. The aim is to simplify the group structure and move the company headquarters to the country, where lays the main field of its business, the Czech Republic," says the CEO of AAA AUTO Karolina Topolová.

All rights and obligations, including contractual and employment relations of AAA Auto Group N.V. and AAA AUTO, Inc. will be transferred to Davena International, Inc., which will be then renamed to AAA AUTO International, Inc., at the end of the operation this autumn.

"For our customers, business partners, employees, suppliers and consumers will not change anything, it is only an organizational measure," added Topolová.
