CTPark Bratislava joins CTPark Network

CTP has signed a deal with J&T Real Estate Holding and Aviva on the acquisition of the DNV Logistics Park in western Bratislava. The park covers a total of 20 hectares, and lies directly adjacent to the Volkswagen Bratislava manufacturing plant. The size of the acquisition makes this one of the largest single transactions in the Slovak market in recent years. DNV Logistics Park has been also rebranded as CTPark Bratislava.
Radek Zeman, CTP CFO states: “The acquisiton of CTPark Bratislava confirms our Central European expansion strategy. The park is ideally located directly adjacent to the Volkswagen Bratislava manufacturing plant, on the outskirts of the Slovak capital with direct road and rail links to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary.“
CTPark Bratislava is located on the E65 highway linking Bratislava to Brno and Prague. It has more than 87,000 m² of warehouse space, and is ideal for companies engaged in distribution, logistics, production and assembly. There is also a railway connection within the park.
