The August CTPark Network briefing, which provides quick and up-to-date information about current availability and recent client deals.
We have some excellent units available in the key Prague region, specifically in CTPark Prague North and a new opening at CTPark Prague East. With the automotive sector in high gear, we still have some space available in CTPark Ostrava, an ideal location for manufacturers in this sector.

We are actively building new premises at a number of locations which will be online in the coming months. New Deals
The past month has been busy in deed, and we have been able to sign Lease agreements totalling 10,677 m2 and future deals totalling 83,500 m2 across the portfolio, in Romania, Slovakia as well as in the Czech Republic.
Recent deals concluded include with wholesaler / producer Menlo in CTPark Brno; ILC and Linde took CTBox units in CTPark Plzeň; and with Česky Caparol, who reorganised and prolonged, while taking up a CTBox in CTPark Ostrava.
