Mazars strengthens transfer pricing team with specialist Ivo Žilka

Mazars’ Tax Department has expanded its highly-qualified transfer pricing team. Its new member in the position of Senior Tax Consultant is Ivo Žilka, an expert in that field, who has participated in several projects in this area in his previous experience in a medium-sized multinational consulting company.
A majority of the projects dealt with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for various types of intragroup transactions in a wide spectrum of business activities, the preparation of analyses and risk evaluations in the area of transfer pricing and participation in tax inspections on the side of the clients. Ivo Žilka has also assisted during requests for binding assessments or proposals for the optimisation of applied models and business structures. Ivo Žilka is a graduate of Prague’s University of Economics and he speaks Czech and English.
