CMS further strengthens real estate team with senior hire

The Prague office of law firm CMS has strengthened its real estate team with the hire of senior associate Petr Huk (38).
Petr has more than 8 years of professional experience primarily advising clients on real estate transactions including asset sales and acquisitions, leases, property development and real estate and project finance. He joins CMS from White & Case.

Our team has done an excellent job in making the most out of the current uptick in the property market and has been extremely busy for a prolonged period of time. Petr obtained his doctorate (JUDr) from Charles University in 2007 and was admitted to the bar in 2010. He also holds a Master's Degree (Ing) from the University of Economics, Faculty of International Relations (2003). In addition to his native Czech he speaks English and German.
