New platform 108 Investment Advisory established

Jan Hospodář, former head of sales and acquisitions in Czech branch of an international real estate group, and consulting company 108 AGENCY announced they start together a new investment platform 108 Investment Advisory.
108 Investment Advisory is a new consulting company with an exclusive focus on the real estate investment and sales in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company will be active in the sector of industrial, office and retail properties also including planned projects as well as in the area of brownfield property sales, residential and recreational development. There is a plan to specialize primarily on Czech and foreign private investors called Private Equity Investors, exclusive real estate sales and investors representation during the process of their acquisitions.
108 Investment Advisory platform was established in October 2015 as the 108 AGENCY´s affiliate. The platform currently consists of five consultans, the principal members there are Jan Hospodář, Jakub Holec, owner of 108 AGENCY and Marek Votava, Head of Investment Department at 108 AGENCY. The team is further supported by Martin Šumera and Kateřina Kotnová, Head of Industrial and Head of Office Property Department at 108 AGENCY.
The new platform believe they will be able to broker €50mil. worth of property investment transactions next year.
