Emmanuel Gluntz joins JLL as the new Head of Property and Asset Management for the Czech Republic and CEE, starting November 2015 and taking over responsibilities from Pavel Scháňka during the next few weeks.
Emmanuel joins JLL from Klepierre Czech Republic where, as the Managing Director for Central Europe, he managed four subsidiaries and oversaw the financial and operational results of the Central European portfolio. Prior to that, he worked for 6 years at AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management for Central Europe and Country Manager in the Czech Republic.
Emmanuel has a deep knowledge of the real estate industry in Central Europe, where he has managed property with a total value of more than 1.5 billion euros, comprising more than 40 large properties, some of them being landmark buildings such as Novy Smichov and Myslbek in Prague, West End Business Center and MomPark in Budapest, America House in Bucharest, Wola Park, Klif and Sadyba shopping malls in Warsaw. His professional background in real estate combines development, property and asset management skills, as well as the management of large teams of professionals in five Central European countries.

Emmanuel, has been living in Prague and active in the CEE region since 1999. He holds a Master’s degree in commerce, administration and finance from the Lille Business School. Since 2013, he is “Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France” (French foreign trade advisor) and member of the ICSC Czech Republic National Committee. His hobbies include golf, badminton and culinary arts.
