The awards are annually given out to such companies which are having highly motivated employees based on Aon Hewitt Engagement Survey.
Marriott was among top companies having high ES score, in average 83% and above, whereby average Czech company has 55% Engagement score.
This deserves a big THANK YOU to all our associates at all hotels, as this is the first time since 11 years that a company in hospitality industry was among the best at the top!
