CBRE is expanding its Retail and Industrial services

CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate services sector, has expanded their offer of integrated services in the fields of Retail and Industrial. In accordance with this strategy, Petr Brabec was named Head of Retail and Michal Bezděka Head of Industrial.

The offer of integrated services ensures a global perspective on real estate in all phases of its life cycle, enabling full utilization of a building’s potential and the growth of its profitability, whether it be in the construction phase, implementing the sales process or leasing. “The aim of CBRE in terms of integrating services is to react to the demands of the market and satisfy our clients. It was also necessary to consider the organizational structure when changing the concept of services we offer. In practice this means that when a client speak to one of our retail service lines they will benefit from the experience of our whole retail knowledge bank,“ said Richard Curran, Managing Director at CBRE. 

Petr Brabec was named to the position of Head of Retail at CBRE, integrating leasing services, asset services and retail property investment. He has worked at CBRE as the Asset Services Retail Director since 2013. He has a wide knowledge of the property market in Central Europe, with rich experience in running shopping centres and asset services and gained his orientation of the local legal system while being at managerial positions at ING Real Estate Investment Management, among others. Petr studied security law and crisis management at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, photography and sailing. He is also interested in history and music.

“I believe that my broad experience and knowledge of the real estate market and from CBRE can be effectively used to create and manage the integration of services at CBRE, whose primary goal is to provide clients comprehensive professional services in leasing real estate, asset services and retail property investment,” said Petr Brabec, Head of Retail at CBRE.

Michal Bezděka was named the Head of Industrial. At CBRE he worked as a Senior Industrial Agent from 2011 and Head of Industrial Agency from 2014. He came to CBRE with wide-ranging experience in project management, which he gained as the Project Manager of Strategic Projects at the CzechInvest agency in Prague. Michal is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University in Prague and the University of Economics, Prague. He speaks English, German and Russian. He enjoys cycling to work and the time spent with his family.
