AWARDS

Another medal for our world champions
Gastro Hradec 2009 that took place in April awarded the cooks of TOP HOTEL Praha among the best cook masters in the Czech Republic! Zbynek Zenisek and Radek Vach were both awarded for their excellent performance in art carving. They won silver and bronze medals. In the past they were awarded many times already. Among other awards they became the world champions at the EXPOGAST – Culinary World Cup in Luxemburg in 2006. Congratulations!

Marta Šumerová awarded the Young Managerial Talent of the year 2008
Marta Šumerová (before Šnoblová, 30 years.), who was a general manager of TOP HOTELS GROUP till the end of the year 2008 (now on maternity leave), was awarded „the Young Managerial Talent to 35 years“ in the prestigious Manager of Year 2008 contest. The official award ceremonial took place on 16th April 2009 at Zofin Palace. Congratulations!

Children’s Day at TOP HOTEL Praha
Children from Prague 4 and 11 celebrated the Children’s Day at TOP HOTEL Praha. An amusing program full of games and competitions was prepared for them on Saturday May 30. Although it heavily rained all day, children enjoyed themselves a lot.

Summer season opening garden party
We welcomed together a new summer season. Thanks to the sunny weather we all could enjoy a garden party under the blue sky, on summer terraces in the unique Japanese garden of TOP HOTEL Praha. Many of you tried to fly in a hot air balloon that was at your disposal directly in the hotel garden!

Happened at TOP HOTEL Praha ...
Various interesting and important events took place at TOP HOTEL Praha in spring and many VIPs visited us. Among others official events during the Czech Presidency took place here, IV. International Financial Forum and Gala evening of the prestigious Zlatá koruna/Gold Crown contest (the best financial products in the Czech Republic) under the auspices of the Minister of Finance of the Czech Republic, Travel Industry Forum and Kudy z nudy/Escape from Boredom 2009 Prize competition held by the Czech-Tourism agency under the auspices of the Minister for Regional Development of the Czech Republic, round tables of Comenius with the Interior Minister and many others. And soon the MISS DEAF WORLD 2009 contest takes place at TOP HOTEL Praha! Come on 11 July at 7.30 p.m. and support deaf girls! Entrance is free.
