Real estate-consulting company 108 AGENCY has been strengthening its activities in Moravia and is opening a new branch in Brno. The branch will be led by Lenka Mátlová, a new member in the company´s Czech team.
Lenka Mátlová has joined 108 AGENCY as a head of new branch in Brno, where she will be focusing on reinforcement of the company´s services on the Brno commercial property market, at first on the office property market. In the future, she will continue developing and expanding the scope of the company further within Moravia. „We decided to open a new branch in Brno due to growing demand for commercial real estate in this region. We would like to stay close to our clients and keep offering quality services. I believe, the wealth of practice Lenka has gained on the real estate market will significantly help to it,“ said Jakub Holec, Managing Director of 108 AGENCY. The company has nowadays branches in Prague and Bratislava.
Lenka has worked on the real estate market for more than 10 years. As an employee of the developer group ABLON, she was responsible for running of the group´s Czech branch with the commercial projects Meteor Centre Office Park and Palmovka Business Center belonging among the most important ones. After ABLON Group acquisition by the company Czech Property Investments, her job was to incorporate the Czech group´s portfolio into the Czech Property Investments structure.
Lenka graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and she also got a diploma from the University of Seattle in Prague studying Global management there. She is fluent in English and in her spare time she likes windsurfing, traveling and photography.
