Two new leases signed at CTPark Hranice

CTP has signed two new lease contracts at CTPark Hranice in Olomouc region. JLL brokered the transactions. The Czech branch of French Ercé, a producer of plastic components for the automotive and healthcare industries, leased 5,430 sqm of industrial space at the park.
The company plans to move to Hranice from its current premises in Chropyně which no longer meet its growing needs. TFC, a British distributor of technical fasteners and fixings, also signed a lease at CTPark Hranice.
“The interest of both companies in the CTPark Hranice industrial park in the Olomouc region is proof of the attractiveness of the location and the rising demand for high-quality industrial space for engineering companies,” says Anna Zach, senior consultant with JLL’s industrial agency.
