CBRE expands its retail team and activities in Moravia

Radana Boudná is now responsible for leasing shopping centres in the region.
CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate services sector, is expanding its activities in the field of retail properties and strengthening its team in Moravia. A new colleague, Radana Boudná, is responsible for leasing shopping centres and creating new business opportunities in this area.
CBRE has already expanded its Industrial services last year, that has been ensured by Sebastian Kovačič joining the team in Moravia. CBRE has now expanded its activities in this area to Retail, as it currently manages almost half of its portfolio in Moravia and Silesia. Both colleagues are based in Brno at Campus Square.
Veronika Tebichová, Head of Retail Agency at CBRE, said:
"The need to create a new position arises from client requirements and market changes. Furthermore, there is the need to focus on interesting new formats and local business opportunities in addition to large chains. Radana will work closely with other colleagues of the team and create opportunities for tenants in our regional shopping centres and I believe she will be a valuable asset to the entire division.”
Radana Boudná will start as the Retail Letting Manager Moravia . During her career she gained several years of experience leading business groups and networks of retail stores. She joins CBRE from Takko Fashion Ltd., where she worked as Area Sales Manager. Radana graduated in Economics and Machine Production Management at the Brno University of Technology and went on to study Marketing and Management.
