Chris Sheils will join CBRE on 1st April to take over as Head of Investment Properties. Peter Wojtusiak was appointed as Associate Director in the Investment Properties team.
CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate services sector, hires Chris Sheils and Peter Wojtusiak to their Investment Properties Department. Chris will take over the position of Head of Investment Properties on 1st April and Peter Wojtusiak was appointed as Associate Director in the Investment Properties team.

Chris Sheils will become the Head of Investment Properties at CBRE from 1st April. He is coming to CBRE from Colliers International, where he has spent the last 5 years as Director of CEE Investment Services, developing their investment business in the Czech Republic. He advised on approximately €500 million of investment and land transactions involving assets across property sectors, the majority of which were concluded on an off-market basis. He has advised on 3 of the 5 largest office investment transactions in the Czech Republic during the 2014 – 2015 period and gained 25% market share of brokered office investment transactions. Chris has 15 years experience in the European real estate investment markets and is a member of the RICS.
Peter Wojtusiak is an Associate Director in the Investment Properties team. He joins CBRE from Chapman Taylor International Services where he worked for more than 7 years as Director. During his career Peter has gained specialist experience in Master planning, Retail and Office projects, and his skills and knowledge cover the entire life cycle of project development with a specific expertise in feasibility studies and concept design, project planning and strategy as well as design management. Peter was educated in Urban Geography and Architecture at two leading Australian Universities and holds an MBA from The College of Estate Management in Reading, UK. In addition to his native English, Peter is also fluent in Czech and Polish.
