Reshaping the company culture through Activity Based Workspace Concept

In July 2014, Philips Czech Republic moved into new office space in the building River Garden II in Prague's Karlín. The reason was the need to build creative and representative facilities in the area, which is easily accessible to employees and customers, as well as modern working environment.

We wanted to create such a space which would substantially improve the engagement, colaboration and cooperation between the teams in a Division. The other goal was to invigorate the experience sharing, knowledge transfere and cooperation between several Divisions. 

We can observe a complete culture makeover of the company after being in a new office for one year.
