The Czech Aeroholding Group plans a significant increase in the number of employees in 2016, by approximately 140. It offers vacancies within the mother company, but primarily in its daughter companies, such as Prague Airport, Czech Airlines Handling and Czech Airlines Technics. A new recruitment campaign, already run in printed media and on board public transport, should help the Group fill the vacancies. A new website, cah.jobs.cz, is also a part of the campaign, relying on attractive graphics, clarity and the user-friendliness of its content.
“The Czech Aeroholding Group is an important employer. As the number of passengers serviced by Václav Havel Airport Prague has been growing steadily and we expect to see further development of both Prague Airport and other daughter companies, we need to expand the workforce,” Jaroslava Raisová, Director of Czech Aeroholding Human Resource Management commented, adding regarding the new website: “The goal of the new HR website is to offer the applicants our free positions in a more attractive way with a better arranged search for individual vacancies. Thanks to the responsive display methods, applicants can comfortably search the ads using tablets and mobile phones. Interconnection with social networks has provided us with additional new interactive options.”Applicants can find authentic statements by current employees of the Czech Aeroholding Group on the website and can gain detailed information about the advertised jobs from the Terminál video magazine.
Czech Aeroholding advertises the vacancies on its website, Prague Airport’s Facebook account, in printed media, online and on-board Arriva Praha, ČSAD Central Bohemia and ČSAD Kladno buses. Articles, interviews, surveys and visual images target all aircraft mechanics, workers of the passenger and baggage check-in department, airport patrol, security screening and more.
