With a year of triumph behind us—and the title of Warehouse Developer of the Year in the Hungarian & Balkans region already achieved in 2018—CTP has no plans of slowing down.
CTP took home the title of Best Warehouse Developer of the Year, and the Best Warehouse Development of the Year— for CTPark Prague North—at the Czech CIJ Awards, the longest-running property awards in the Czech Republic. At the Awards’ event in Romania, CTP won Best Warehouse Development and Developer. The winners in each category are chosen by peers who scrutinize all nominees in depth based on highly-specific criteria. To beat the tough competition, consistent exceptional results and first-rate quality in all aspects are imperative.
The longest-running Czech real estate awards, Best of Realty, awarded CTP with the Best Industrial and Storage Space Award for CTPark Planá nad Lužnicí, beating some of the highest achievements of architects, builders, designers and developers. Competition included new administrative building projects, reconstructed offices, business centers, hotels and residential areas.
Another great win came for CTPark Bucharest West, which won Industrial Project of the Year in Romania at the 13th annual SEE Real Estate Awards. CTP also nabbed the Warehouse Developer of the Year.This event is the only one of its kind, covering the South Eastern European region and bringing together the most dominant international and local players in the field.
Even one of CTP’s non-core projects received accolades, taking home silver at the CZECH TOP 100 for Annual Report of the Year.
In-between all the fanfare and applause, CTP also opened up Domeq in Brno. This new living concept for young professionals and students is a one-of-a-kind endeavor not only for CTP, but also for CEE. And with Domeq’s modern appeal—along with CTP’s history of being called to the stage—this project will most certainly not go unnoticed.
