Jan Lazur und Juraj Frindrich, until now Senior Associates in the Taylor Wessing Bratislava office, have been promoted to become partners as of 1 April. Jan Lazur, whose main Practice Area is IP/IT, joined the firm in 2009. Juraj Frindrich, who specializes in Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets, has been with Taylor Wessing since 2010.
In Prague, Thilo Hoffmann joined Taylor Wessing as a lateral hire on 4 April. Coming from Weinhold Legal (Ernst & Young), where he was a partner who, amongst others, led the German Desk, Thilo Hoffmann has years of experience in Corporate and M&A as well as in Restructuring. Before working in a law firm, he worked for the European Commission and the European Parliament. Besides German as his mother tongue, he also speaks English, Czech, French and Spanish. Thilo Hoffmann’s main area of focus is Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets. Due to his sector experience, he is also part of Taylor Wessing’s Industry Group “Automotive”.
