Annual Conference: HR Know How - Memories of the future, HR in the world of change

12.04.2016
Company: Amcham

The world experiences an extraordinary pace of change. 10 most sought-after positions in the market did not yet exist 10 years ago. Advanced ability to predict and to adapt therefore guarantees success. How can HR support business in this respect? How to predict market developments, increase labour productivity and retain employees when new ones are hard to find? And, how should we work with traditional HR tools in this situation? The conference will introduce best practices in the market and bring inspiration for the role of HR.

The international speakers and interesting guests will make our conference even more attractive.

An important part of the conference will be the announcement of HREA EXCELLENCE AWARD® winners for the best HR project of the year.
