Provident Financial signed the Charter of Diversity and confirmed its commitment to diversity principles and to maintaining a workplace environment that is open to all.
In regards to gender, women in Provident are very well represented, including 3 Board Members. In senior management team there are 40% of women and on line-management positions even 61%. Provident regularly takes part in the Equilibrium programme of the British Chamber of Commerce and it has successfully passed two audits of equal opportunities organised by Gender Studies.
