We are very proud to inform you that at the thirteenth annual CEEQA, Central Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards, organized by CEE Insight Forum in association with Financial Times, CBRE were awarded Property Management Company of the Year 2016.
This is the second year in a row that CBRE has won this prestigious award which is judged by professionals throughout the real estate industry.
While awards are not always the best judge of performance, having retained this award, coupled with our outstanding success in the CIJ Property Management Company of the Year award for the Czech Republic (winners 5 of the last 6 years!), at least indicates that you, our clients, recognise the effort that our Property Management teams make to ensure the smooth running and strong performance of your projects.
