LEADING BANKING SPECIALIST ROBERT DAVID JOINS

Allen & Overy, Praha Advokátní kancelář announced today that leading banking lawyer Robert David is joining the Prague office as of 1 September 2008. Formerly head of the banking and finance group at the Prague office of Linklaters, Robert David is rejoining A&O where he was a senior associate when he left in December 2005.
Robert David specialises in banking, derivatives and other capital markets products. He has been advising local and international financial institutions and borrowers in a wide range of banking financings as well as lead managers/dealers and issuers in domestic and international bond issues and primary and secondary equity offers. Chambers Europe 2008 edition said of Robert David: 'According to peers: "Robert David is “a thoroughbred banking lawyer” who shows “impressive attention to detail and a great grasp of technical issues.”
