Grayling publishes a map of legislation process

Grayling issued a clear infographic map of the legislative process in the Czech Republic. The figure of the legislative process shows the way in which legislation is approved from the first draft to individual readings in the Parliament to its declaration in Collection of Laws. The infographic map is exceptional as the single figure shows the whole process and identifies key procedural moments.

Navigation in the details of the Czech legislative process is sometimes difficult even for experts who have engaged in it for years. The experience of both Grayling’s consultants and public surveys indicates that the general public perceives the way legislation is passed is too complicated and non-transparent. For both of these groups political experts at Grayling drafted a transparent map thanks to which it is no longer necessary to browse through heaps of laws and directives.
