The Prague office of the global law firm DLA Piper organized a CEE Life Science Forum for its clients and professionals from the pharmaceutical and healthcare sphere. Representatives from DLA Piper offices from Central and Eastern Europe were present at the event.
DLA Piper lawyers discussed with representatives of the pharmaceutical and healthcare companies the development and current state of the legislative framework governing the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries in individual markets. DLA Piper experts from the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia shared their experience in dealing with legal issues in this area and drew attention to the challenges that each country is facing.
