Clifford Chance Prague announces new appointments

Clifford Chance is pleased to announce further promotions in its Prague office. With effect from 1 May 2016, Miloš Felgr has been appointed as the new finance partner in addition to being the new head of the banking & finance practice and existing Counsel Jindřich Arabasz has been appointed as new head of the Prague office's litigation and restructuring and insolvency practices.

Miloš is recognised as a leading banking & finance lawyer in the Czech Republic, and the reputation and excellent quality of the work done by Miloš' team has resulted in their involvement in the top, high-end banking & finance deals taking place in the Czech market. Since Miloš joined Clifford Chance in 2002, he has consistently been recognised for his speed and efficiency and for finding solutions in complex financing cases, as well as his extensive experience in advising banks and financial institutions on acquisition finance and general corporate lending.

Jindřich, who was promoted to the position of Counsel in 2014, has been instrumental in raising the profile of the Prague office's restructuring and insolvency practice over the past few years as well as establishing its litigation practice as a stand-alone unit. He is recognised for his experience of local and cross-border restructuring matters as well as his skills as a litigator, in particular on insolvency related litigation cases.

Miloš and Jindřich are taking over the respective practices from retiring partner Vlad Petrus.
