Tibor Ovečka Becomes New Head of Office Agency at JLL

JLL Czech Republic is delighted to announce that Tibor Ovečka has become Head of Office Agency.

Tibor Ovečka has over twenty years of experience on the Czech property market. He has been working in senior positions in development companies (such as Hochtief Development Czech Republic and Immorent Czech Republic) and real estate consultancies (EHL Real Estate Czech Republic, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ). He also has interesting experience on a regional level as he was the Real Estate Director, working across seven CEE property markets, with OKIN Group.

Tibor has been focusing on the office market, providing consultancy on the development concepts and leasing strategies. He will capitalize on all of his versatile business experience to further drive the growth of the Office Agency at JLL.

Tibor Ovečka has replaced Jan Mechl who, from now, will be focusing on Tenant Representation. Jan Mechl is returning to the Tenant Representation department of which he used to be an integral part for years and which has been rapidly growing over the past two years.

Tibor Ovečka is a graduate from the Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic. He is passionate about sports and is especially attracted by extreme sports such as mountain bike downhill, downhill longboarding, snowboarding, snowscooting and smx. Tibor Ovečka is fluent in English, German and he understands Russian.
