JŠK advised the shareholders of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE on the sale of their shares to Axis

JŠK successfully represented the shareholders of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE in the sale of their shares to Axis.

2N is a successful company and the number one player in the field of IP intercom. The company also operates in other areas, such as IP audio and IP lift intercom. 2N has about 200 employees and is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

Axis offers intelligent security solutions that enable a smarter, safer world. Axis has more than 2,100 dedicated employees in more than 50 countries around the world, supported by a global network of over 80,000 partners. Founded in 1984, Axis is a Sweden based company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm under the ticker AXIS.
