Vienna House Dvořák Karlovy Vary Will Now Be Managed by Lucia Arbetová

As of 1 June 2016, Lucia Arbetová has become the new director of Vienna House Dvořák Karlovy Vary, a luxurious 4-star hotel with its own spa and internal medical service.

Lucia Arbetová has come from the Vienna House Easy Chopin Bratislava Hotel in Slovakia, where she stood at the helm since 2013. She has been gaining experience in the hospitality industry for over twenty years, both in international hotel chains and in independent hotels, as well. She began her career as a receptionist, and gradually made her way up through sales and marketing positions to management.

The main task for Lucia in her new position will primarily be to strengthen the position of the Vienna House Dvořák Karlovy Vary Hotel on key markets, as well as to entice guests from new countries that have yet to discover the local spa and its benefits for human health.

“I have a soft spot for Karlovy Vary, and I have always loved visiting it whenever I needed to relax and to energise myself. When I received the offer to manage this hotel, I happily accepted. I love being in contact with guests as well as the satisfaction I feel when I see them leave us relaxed and reborn,” says Lucia Arbetová, the new director of the Vienna House Dvořák Karlovy Vary Hotel, and adds: “In order that our guests will be even more satisfied and will return repeatedly, another task for me will be to ensure the constant motivation of all of our employees, as well as to satisfy all of the needs of the hotel owners and of the management of the group.”

Lucia Arbetova has assumed the position after Christina Léotard, who has moved within the group to Germany, where she shall manage Vienna House Easy Günzburg.
