Wild Mushrooms and Game

CzecHouse Chef, Miroslav Hanzal prepares various combinations of mushrooms growing in Czech as well as Italian forests, which have stronger aroma and taste. Do not miss delicious dishes prepared from chanterelles, wild mushrooms and morels accompanied by deer, boar or pheasant meat. You should definitely taste the traditional ragout or other meat grilled in our rotisserie.

Taste our 4-course Wild Mushroom and Game degustation menu together with selected wines accompanying each course.

New Autumn and Winter Menu
CzecHouse Grill & Rotisserie, Café Bistro
as of 7th October

Our menus are updated twice per year, in spring and in autumn focusing on an enhancement of the regular offerings with seasonal freshest ingredients.

Hilton Prague Chef de Cuisine Leon Malík says: ”When we discuss the seasonal touch to our menus with chefs we must be aware of what raw ingredients are at their best for us to exploit to full advantage with dishes that suite the season. 80% of ingredients we use for starters, salads, soups and desserts are seasonal. The menu dishes will be enhanced with fresh mushrooms, spinach, beetroot, Brussels sprout, broccoli, zucchini, pumpkin, figs, pomegranates, pears, apples and other seasonal vegetables and fruits.“

Menu of the restaurant CzecHouse Grill & Rotisserie will again include very popular US organic prime beef Angus. „This prime beef is typical for its tenderness and taste. We will offer four different part of meat prepared on the grill: sirloin, tenderloin, T-bone steak, ribs,“ describes the offer Miroslav Hanzal, Chef of the CzecHouse Grill & Rotisserie restaurant. On the top of it, the offer will also include Irish lamb, veal and sea food as well.

  • Pumpkin and Chestnut Cream with Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Café Bistro is popular especially for business lunches both among hotel guests as well as local clients, it is open round the clock with a large selection of dishes available during night.

Pumpkin and One Pot Food

This time our chefs will present you pumpkin in a different way then as you know it from Halloween, combined with poultry, seafood, lamb and homemade pasta. By using a simple technique of cooking all ingredients in one pot they reach a great and intense taste.

Sample menu :
• Green Chicken Curry with Pumpkin and Coriander Pesto
• Home–made Pumpkin Ravioli with Lobster, Artichokes and Truffle Butter
• Lamb Stew with Root Vegetables, Roman Pea, Leek and Saffron
