Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its retail department with the appointment of new members- Gabriela Molnárová and Filip Kolmer.

Gabriela Molnárová joins the company as Senior Consultant, being responsible for the leasing and marketing of major shopping centers across the Czech and Slovak Republics on behalf of major developers. Gabriela joins the company from Cushman & Wakefield, where she worked representing clients such as Atrium European Real Estate, Parker Green International, Ballymore Group, Czech Business Explorers and Tesco Stores.

Filip Kolmer joins the retail team of Jones Lang LaSalle as Consultant. Filip has over eight years experience in the retail sector, which includes working for Flow East a.s. as Project Manager and Marks and Spencer plc- U.K. as Section Manager.

Jones Lang LaSalle is further pleased to announce promotions within the retail department. Zuzana Raková has been promoted from Junior Consultant to Consultant and David Hauerland takes on the role of Junior Consultant.

In addition to this, the company’s Office Agency team is being strengthened with the promotions of Harry Bannatyne to Consultant and Klára Cvrčková to Associate Director. As a consultant and advisor, Harry is responsible for the marketing and leasing activities of the various projects in Prague and regional cities. Harry cooperates with both developers and tenants advising on leasing transactions and acts on behalf of the developers Real Estate Karlin, Invesco, Quinlan Private Golub and Heitman. Klára joined the Office Agency Department at the end of 2004 and has since acted on behalf of such developers as Immorent, Karimpol, UBM, EPD, PBW, Africa Israel Investment, Lighthouse, Real Invest, Real Estate Karlín Group, Finep, AIG Lincoln, CBE and others.

In the Tenant Representation department, Petr Kareš has been promoted to National Director. Petr continues in his role as the Head of the Tenant Representation Department, managing a team of three consultants, dealing with consultancy services and advisory for occupiers. The majority of his time Petr devotes to occupier services work, helping mostly corporate clients on their office relocations, acquisitions or renegotiations. Petr has over 12 years experience on the Czech and Slovak real estate market.
