Horrible!! I was hurrying to leave for work and somehow managed to tip a tin of paint over myself! My trousers are ruined and the paint is all over my arms and legs and won’t wash off. And, to make matters worse, the paint spilt all over the parquet floor…
This is my fourth summer at TACOMA. Oh how time flies…
Not much in summer. But in November, my husband and I are going on holiday to Mexico. We will be travelling a lot and want to tour the Caribbean islands. We’ve organised everything ourselves – plane tickets, ships, accommodation. I’ve been looking forward to this for more than a year; it will be my dream holiday!
I prefer summer. I adore heat and temperatures over 30 degrees. I would most like to live somewhere in the tropics. But I like skiing, too.
That’s true, I love travelling! I lived in Australia for four years, during which time I spent four months in Japan, and also took a trip to China.
Japan, definitely. I like everything there – the people, culture, countryside, food. Things just run differently there than anywhere else; you can feel religion from everything. The people's mentality is completely different. I’d say they are a step ahead of us. Life is much more hectic, but everything has its set order, and is really strictly observed.
Not live there I think, but I'd certainly like to see the country again. And I would definitely like to improve my Japanese – when I was there, I picked it up a little, but only on the level of communication between friends. In Japanese, there is a huge difference between speaking to people you know and business negotiations.
In Australia I lived with a Japanese man for four years, and that influenced me a lot, of course. It allowed me to know Japan thoroughly.
Australia, definitely. I had to take care of myself there. I studied and worked; trying all kinds of jobs from being a cleaner, then a waitress to office work. I learnt the language there and almost everything I can do, actually.
My girls, certainly!
Iced, with ice-cream and whipped cream!
