New Autumn Menu at Essensia

Jiri Stift, Essensia’s executive Chef, introduces a new autumn-inspired Menu at Essensia restaurant.

The menu highlights the best seasonal Czech dishes such as Foie Gras and Oxtail Terrine with Caramelised Apples; Roasted Quail with Carrot Puree and Chanterelle Mushrooms; as well as traditional Asian fare.
